We warrant any Forgotten bike and parts for 90 days against any
manufacturer faults in material and/or workmanship.
Eg: A crack on a weld would be classed as a manufacturing fault (upon inspection),
whereas a bent handlebar would not be covered under warranty as it would be
seen as rider negligence and would most likely be caused via a crash or misuse of
the product.
All cases are treated as a case by case circumstance by our professional staff.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt and by the original
owner of the product to the original point of purchase. Warranties cannot be processed
without these three(3) guidelines.
